Deposit and travel insurance

Payment conditions
At the moment of reservation, you must pay a deposit of 30% via credit card or bank transfer. In case of cancellation, the deposit will be kept entirely by the accommodation. The remaining amount has to be paid directly to the accommodation during your stay. Alternatively, the total amount can be paid immediately.

For chalets that are cancelled later than 28 days prior to the arrival date we charge the following cancellation fees:

• Cancellation before 21 days prior to the arrival date: 50%
• Cancellation before 14 days prior to the arrival date: 65%
• Cancellation later than 8 days prior to the arrival date: 80%
• Cancellation later than 1 days prior to the arrival date: 90%
  (with respect to the total amount that has been agreed upon).
• In case of late arrival or early departure, the entire price will be charged.

It is hard enough not to be able to start a booked trip against expectations. In order to avoid any financial loss in this context, you should take precautions in time. We therefore recommend the travel cancellation insurance Hotelstorno Plus in cooperation with the Europäische Reiseversicherung AG.
